Arvo Metals is a Canada-based non-ferrous scrap metal recycling and trading company. We focus on non-ferrous scrap metal purchasing, recycling, supplier development, and international trading. As the company continues to expand markets, we are looking for experienced sales/business development professionals to join our team.
主要工作 / Responsibilities:
- 开发和维护废金属供应商、回收场、工业客户及相关客户资源
Develop and maintain relationships with scrap metal suppliers, scrap yards, recycling facilities, industrial clients, and related business contacts.

Source and purchase non-ferrous scrap metal materials, such as copper, aluminum, stainless steel, wires, and related materials.
- 拓展新客户/供应商,维护现有客户关系
Develop new customers/suppliers and maintain existing business relationships.
- 跟进报价、价格谈判、订单和客户沟通
Follow up on quotations, price negotiations, orders, and customer communications.
- 关注市场价格和行业信息
Monitor market pricing and industry information.
- 需要外出拜访客户和开发业务
Conduct client visits and field sales/business development activities.
职位要求 / Requirements:
- 必须有 3 年以上有色废金属 / scrap metal 行业经验
Minimum 3 years of experience in the non-ferrous scrap metal industry.
- 有销售、采购、资源开发或 B2B 业务开发经验
Experience in sales, purchasing, sourcing, or B2B business development.
- 熟悉废金属采购、分级、报价和交易流程
Strong understanding of scrap metal purchasing, grading, pricing, and trading processes.
- 有现有客户资源、供应商资源或行业人脉者优先
Existing customer resources, supplier network, or industry contacts are strong assets.
- 英语沟通流利,能独立联系客户
Fluent English communication skills and ability to contact clients independently.
- 有驾照,并有车
Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle required.
- 需有加拿大合法工作身份
Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
