工作內容：
• 在工地裝卸及運送建築材料
• 清理並整理可回收材料
• 使用專業工具進行裁切、貼上、鋪設等工序
• 與其他工種及主管協作，以完成工程進度
• 維持工地安全、清潔及有序
• 能閱讀圖面、藍圖及版面計劃，以確定材料及工作需求者優先
• 確保施工品質符合客戶和建築規範要求
• 遵守工作場所健康與安全規定

要求：
• 有建築業經驗優先
• 具備英語溝通能力，能操流利廣東話或國語優先
• 守時、有責任心
• 能夠獨立工作，也能與團隊協作
• 必須持有加拿大合法工作簽證
• 持有有效駕照及車輛者優先

General Construction Labourer

Location: GTA
Hourly Rate: Pay rated to applicants’ skill level

Responsibilities
• Load, unload and transport construction materials
• Clean and pile salvaged materials
• Perform routine maintenance work
• Cut, shape, and assemble materials using hand tools, power tools, and related equipment
• Collaborate with other trades and site supervisors to meet project timelines
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and layout plans to determine work requirements (Preferred)
• Ensure work meets Ontario Building Code, safety standards, and MGB quality requirements
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site
Requirements
• Construction experience preferred
• Able to speak in English, Mandarin & Cantonese (preferred)
• Proficiency with carpentry tools (saws, nail guns, levels, squares, etc.)
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (preferred)
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
