💼 About the Role
As Immigration Consulting Manager/Director, you’ll lead Beyond International’s Canadian business expansion.
You’ll own client engagement, drive sales and marketing initiatives, and manage partnerships with legal and business immigration projects across Canada.
We’re seeking a self-motivated professional fluent in both English and Mandarin, with a passion for helping entrepreneurs and investors achieve their immigration goals.
🔑 What You’ll Do
• Lead the Canadian expansion strategy and deliver on growth targets.
• Build and lead a high-performing consulting and sales team.
• Manage customer relationships from prospecting to post-engagement, ensuring top-tier service.
• Design and execute sales and marketing campaigns to boost visibility and lead generation.
• Maintain and grow partnerships with legal, business, and investment partners.
• Collaborate with U.S. and China-based teams for a unified global approach.
• Ensure operational excellence and compliance across consulting processes.
🎯 What You Bring
• 3+ years in Canadian immigration consultancy or related business development role.
• Proven success in sales, marketing, or customer management.
• Expertise in Canadian Business Immigration, especially the Start-Up Visa (SUV) program.
• Knowledge of U.S. visa categories (H1-B, L-1, E-2, EB-series) is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client-relationship skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (required).
• Based in or able to commute to our Mississauga office.
💰 Compensation & Perks
• OTE CAD 70,000 – 150,000 (depending on experience).
• Performance-based commissions and bonuses — your success drives your earnings.
