1. 负责新店开业前各类证照申请（如 Health permit等）并跟进审批进度
2. 参与现场测量及基础信息收集，确保设计输入准确
3. 参与设计阶段讨论，确保方案具备可施工性
4. 在施工阶段进行现场协调与监督，确保施工按图纸及规范执行
5. 理解基础工程条件（机电、给排水、燃气等），协助识别并解决现场问题
6. 协助设备及建材的下单与跟进（厨房设备、装修材料等）
7. 跟进施工进度，确保项目按开业时间节点交付
8. 协调及管理常用分包商（如油槽清理、排风清洁等）
9. 跨团队沟通（设计、施工、运营、房东、市政府等），确保信息一致
10. 协助总部维修协调员进行现场支持，必要时参与基础维修及问题排查
11. 根据需要安排少量出差（主要为前往温哥华培训），并在必要时参与少量外地项目支持。
1. Assist with permit applications (e.g., Health permit) and track approval progress

3. Participate in design discussions to ensure constructability
4. Coordinate and supervise on-site construction to ensure work is executed according to drawings and standards
5. Understand basic engineering conditions (MEP, plumbing, gas, etc.) and help identify and resolve site issues
6. Support ordering and tracking of equipment and construction materials
7. Monitor construction progress and ensure timely delivery aligned with store opening schedules
8. Coordinate and manage subcontractors (e.g., grease trap cleaning, exhaust cleaning, etc.)
9. Facilitate communication across teams (design, construction, operations, landlord, city)
10. Support the head office maintenance coordinator and assist with basic hands-on repairs when needed
11. Occasional travel for training (primarily in Vancouver), with light involvement in projects outside Toronto when needed.

-Proficient in English and Chinese for daily communication
-Experience in construction, engineering, or restaurant fit-out preferred
-Basic knowledge of MEP, plumbing, and gas systems-Ability to read and understand construction drawings
-Ability to coordinate and manage site activities and drive project progress
-Hands-on capability for minor repairs and troubleshooting
-Strong execution skills and sense of ownership-Excellent communication and coordination skill
-Willing to work on-site and travel between locations-Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment-Knowledge of local subcontractors and vendors
-Willingness to travel as required by project needs
