Position Overview:
We are seeking a preeminent authority in Canadian soccer youth development to act as our "Chief Technical Advisor." You will be the chief architect of our service offerings, responsible for vetting, evaluating, and packaging Canadian youth development resources. Your expertise will ensure that every solution we present to our Chinese clients is of world-class standard and credibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluation & Sourcing: Identify, assess, and recommend top-tier Canadian youth academies, coaching teams, and development programs (with a focus on Ontario and Quebec) that are ideally suited for the Chinese market.

Product Development: Lead the transformation of Canadian youth development philosophies, curricul, and player assessment models into standardized, market-ready "product packages" for China.

Technical Authority: Serve as the subject-matter expert in high-stakes meetings with key Chinese clients (e.g., sports bureaus, elite clubs, international schools), articulating the technical philosophy and competitive advantages of the Canadian systems.

Quality Assurance: Provide pre-departure training and ongoing technical support to Canadian coach teams being deployed to China, ensuring service quality and philosophical alignment.

Qualifications & Experience:

Proven track record in a senior-level role such as Technical Director, Academy Director, or equivalent, within a reputable Canadian soccer club, academy, or provincial/national soccer association.

Deep understanding of the Canadian soccer development landscape, including formal certification (Canada Soccer A License highly preferred) and expertise in the Long-Term Player Development (LTPD) model.

Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling value propositions for business clients.

Cultural awareness of the differences between Canadian and Chinese football environments, and a genuine interest in adapting Canadian models for a new context.

Native or fluent English proficiency. Basic Mandarin skills or a willingness to learn are a significant advantage.
