据凤凰卫视报道，美国迈阿密海滩一个热门旅游景点附近发生一起“疑似船只爆炸”事件，造成至少11人被送往医院治疗。事件可能是由燃气泄漏引发爆炸。
迈阿密戴德县消防救援部门5月9日表示，当地热门旅游景点豪洛弗沙洲附近的比斯坎湾发生“疑似爆炸”，救援人员抵达后发现有多名伤者，因此出动多辆救护车和直升机，将伤者送往医院救治。由于伤情规模较大，当局将事故升级为二级“大规模伤亡事件”。佛罗里达州鱼类和野生动物保护局以及美国海岸警卫队也赶赴现场。
当局尚未公布事件发生原因，目前仍在调查，但据美国媒体采访的一名船上人员透露，可能是由燃气泄漏引发爆炸。
