10月21日上午，国台办举行例行新闻发布会。记者：据外媒报道，民进党当局已同意采购美国阿拉斯加液化天然气（LNG）管线计划30%的天然气，而且还将额外投资44亿美元，以确保这项LNG计划完工。岛内有舆论认为，该项目开发成本及风险都极高，许多国际能源巨头都拒绝参与投资；不容许民进党当局把台湾利益送上谈判桌，把账单留给台湾人民。请问对此有何评论？
