Video Creator & Live Streaming Specialist (Bilingual Chinese-English)

岗位职责 Responsibilities：

负责短视频的策划、拍摄及内容创意执行
Plan, shoot, and execute creative short-form video content
进行视频剪辑与后期制作，提升视频质量与传播效果
Edit and produce high-quality videos with strong visual appeal
参与或独立完成直播，进行产品展示与用户互动
Participate in or independently host live-stream sessions for product showcasing and engagement
运营及维护社交媒体账号，提升粉丝增长与用户互动
Manage and grow social media accounts to increase engagement and followers
根据数据反馈优化内容策略，提高转化与曝光
Analyze performance data and optimize content strategies

任职要求 Requirements：

2年以上短视频拍摄、剪辑或相关经验
Minimum 2 years of experience in video shooting and editing
可使用中英文进行流利沟通（口语及书面）
Fluent in both Chinese and English (spoken and written)
熟悉并能运营主流社交平台（TikTok、小红书、Facebook等）
Experienced in managing platforms such as TikTok, Xiaohongshu (RED), Facebook, etc.
具备良好的镜头感和表达能力，可胜任直播工作
Strong on-camera presence and ability to host live sessions
熟练使用视频剪辑软件（如Premiere、Final Cut等）
Proficient in video editing tools such as Premiere or Final Cut

加分项 Preferred：

有成功账号运营或爆款内容经验
Proven track record in growing social media accounts or viral content creation
熟悉电商或直播带货模式
Familiar with e-commerce or live commerce operations
具备创意策划能力，能独立完成内容从0到1
Strong creative thinking and end-to-end content production skills
