招聘职位:行政助理 / Admin Assistant(门窗行业)
Responsibilities
* Handle daily administrative tasks, including document organization, data entry, contract management, and quotation filing
* Proactively contact potential clients, introduce company products and services, and assist with client development
* Manage bilingual email communication, document translation, and basic business writing in English and Chinese
* Assist the sales, project, and management teams with internal and external communication
* Answer phone calls, respond to customer inquiries, and arrange meetings and schedules
* Assist with orders, invoices, project documents, and after-sales administrative support
* Maintain good communication and coordination with suppliers, clients, and internal teams
Qualifications
* Fluent in both English and Chinese (spoken and written)
* Strong writing skills with the ability to draft clear and professional emails and documents in both languages
* Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word / Excel)
* Previous experience in administration, office assistance, or related roles is preferred
* Experience in the windows & doors, building materials, or construction industry is an asset but not required
* Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively
