Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented, execution-focused Marketing Coordinator to support Kayver’s employer-facing marketing and communication activities across Xiaohongshu (RED), WeChat, Instagram and other digital channels. This role focuses on content execution, platform coordination, inquiry handling, and accurate tracking of all marketing interactions.


This is a people-facing, multi-tasking role requiring strong communication skills, excellent organization, and the ability to follow structured processes in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Content & Channel Management
• Manage marketing activities across Xiaohongshu (RED), WeChat, Instagram and other approved digital channels
• Execute content posting, basic content adaptation, and engagement according to marketing guidelines
• Ensure all content and responses are accurate, professional, and aligned with Kayver’s brand voice

Employer Inquiry & Lead Support
• Respond promptly and professionally to inbound employer inquiries across all marketing channels
• Conduct initial screening of employer needs and relay qualified leads to internal teams
• Clearly explain services and next steps to support lead nurturing and conversion

Coordination & Tracking
• Track all employer interactions, inquiries, and follow-ups with strong attention to detail
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records across marketing and intake systems
• Coordinate closely with marketing, intake, and operations teams to ensure smooth handoffs

Team Collaboration & Support
• Follow structured workflows and instructions provided by leadership
• Support marketing campaigns, events, and ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Qualifications & Requirements
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (required)
• Hands-on experience with Xiaohongshu (RED), WeChat, Instagram and other digital or social channels
• Strong communication, follow-up, and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and execution-driven
• Able to work independently while following established processes
• Previous experience in marketing coordination, client support, or customer-facing roles is an asset
