工作職責：
• 為客戶進行專業的聽力評估與測試，準確判斷聽力狀況；
• 根據測試結果提供合適的助聽器或聽覺輔助設備建議與調整；
• 為客戶提供聽力康復與護理建議，指導正確使用助聽設備；
• 維護並更新客戶的聽力健康檔案；
• 與醫療機構、供應商及內部團隊保持良好溝通，確保服務品質；
• 能獨立處理日常臨床工作及突發情況。

任職要求：
• 聽力學、語言治療、康復醫學或相關專業本科及以上學歷；
• 具備五年以上相關工作經驗（臨床聽力測試、助聽器驗配或聽力康復方向）；
• 熟悉聽力測試儀器與助聽設備的操作、校準與維護；
• 具備良好的溝通能力與服務意識，能夠獨立開展工作；
• 持有相關專業資格證書者 ；
• 工作態度積極上進，樂於學習新知識與技術，並有意在聽力健康行業中長遠發展 ；
• 工作細心負責，具備團隊協作精神。

Job Responsibilities:
• Conduct professional hearing assessments and evaluations to accurately determine
clients’ hearing conditions;
• Provide suitable recommendations and fitting services for hearing aids or other
auditory assistance devices based on assessment results;
• Offer hearing rehabilitation advice and guidance on the correct use and maintenance
of hearing devices;
• Maintain and update clients’ hearing health records;
• Communicate effectively with medical institutions, suppliers, and internal teams to
ensure high-quality service delivery;
• Handle daily clinical tasks and unexpected situations independently.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Audiology, Speech Therapy, Rehabilitation Medicine, or
a related field;
• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience in clinical audiology, hearing aid
fitting, or hearing rehabilitation;
• Proficient in operating, calibrating, and maintaining hearing assessment instruments
and hearing devices;
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work
independently;
• Highly motivated, proactive, and eager to learn new knowledge and techniques, with a
strong interest in long-term career development within the hearing healthcare
industry;
• Possession of relevant professional certifications;
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and a strong team player.
