美国战争部长赫格塞斯（Pete Hegseth）今天表示，美方对伊朗战争的成本截至目前攀升至375亿美元（约新台币1兆2131亿元），较前一次公布的估算成本大增近80亿美元。
路透社报导，赫格塞斯在美国联邦参议院拨款委员会举办的听证会中告诉国会议员，这个金额也已纳入截至9月30日为止的预估成本。
战争部5月中旬在国会山庄（Capitol Hill）一场预算听证会中表示，对伊朗战争的成本已攀升至将近290亿美元。
这是美军7月稍早恢复对伊朗採取军事行动以来，赫格塞斯首次在拨款委员会听证会接受国会议员质询；一同出席的还有美军参谋首长联席会议主席凯恩（Dan Caine）
