10月14日，国台办举行例行新闻发布会，发言人陈斌华就近期两岸热点问题回答记者提问。
有记者提问：近日，“台独”顽固分子曹兴诚之弟企图蒙混过关进入大陆，在上海机场被拒绝入境。请问对此有何评论？
陈斌华表示，曹兴诚已被列入“台独”顽固分子清单并实施制裁，其本人及家属被禁止进入大陆和香港、澳门特别行政区。我们欢迎两岸同胞常来常往，但对“台独”分裂行径决不姑息。“台独”顽固分子破坏两岸关系、损害同胞利益，所作所为害人害己，必遭严惩。
