据台湾“民视新闻网”报道，台湾地区前民意代表蔡正元因涉及“三中案”，被以业务侵占罪判处有期徒刑3年6个月，将于3月27日入监服刑。
报道称，在入监前夕，蔡正元曾表示，将于当日前往台北地检署报到，并称自己会以“笑容面对”，形容这一过程是“走进牢中”，相关表态引发关注。
另据报道，因涉及京华城案及政治献金案，民众党前主席柯文哲26日一审被判处17年有期徒刑。当天晚间，柯文哲在社交平台发布与蔡正元及他人合影，并配文“朋友，保重”，引发外界关注。
台媒称，柯文哲当日还举行记者会，表示自己未涉及贪污行为，并在会上点名赖清德，表示“不会妥协，也不会屈服”。
