The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Associate to join our dynamic in-store sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who excels in a customer-centric environment and is passionate about providing expert guidance and exceptional service throughout the flooring selection journey. If you take pride in helping clients find the perfect solutions for their homes, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

· Connect with customers to identify their needs and recommend personalized product solutions that exceed expectations.

· Share your expert knowledge of products, guiding clients to make confident, informed decisions tailored to their unique preferences.

· Create and present quotes, then actively follow up to close sales, ensuring a seamless process and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

· Maintain an inviting and pristine showroom that not only showcases our products but also provides a welcoming environment for clients.

· Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure flawless delivery of every order

· Build relationships with designers, contractors, and homeowners. Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and generating valuable referrals through outstanding service and trust.

· Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Qualifications & Skills

· Proven sales experience, with a strong preference for background in the flooring or home improvement industry.

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect and build rapport with customers.

· Attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.

· Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

· Basic computer proficiency with the ability to quickly adapt to internal systems and tools.
