Sales Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
Process orders accurately and in a timely manner.
Assist with product recommendations, quotations, and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain customer records and update CRM or sales tracking systems.
Support sales reporting and provide insights on inventory availability and trends.
Warehouse Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory.
Pick, pack, and ship orders according to company standards.
Maintain organized and clean warehouse areas.
Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies.
Assist with loading/unloading trucks and handling materials safely.
Follow safety procedures and compliance guidelines at all times.
General Duties:
Delivery products when necessary
Support special projects or tasks assigned by management.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is a plus.
1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or warehouse operations preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, inventory systems, CRM).
Physical ability to lift/move up to 50lbs and perform warehouse duties and equipment.
A G license and a forklift are a must
