Job Type: Full Time (汽配公司)
工作要求: 流利英文和国语，有工卡（请注明身份，Citizen, Resident, Work Permit）
需要学历: 本科或专科以上
工作时间: 9:00am-5:00pm (周一至周五)
工作地点：万锦（大统华超市Warden分店附近）
Responsibility:
1. Process orders and shipping.
2. Handle customer phone calls, emails and on-site visiting. Follow up and generate reports
3. Document processes
4. Interface with warehouse
5. Work on assigned projects and/or assignments
Requirement:
1. Previous customer service experience is an asset.
2. Excellent oral and writing English is a must; good command of office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, etc.).
3. Strong tele-communication and face to face communication skill is an asset.
4. self-motivated, well-organized and a good team player.
A、普通话、英文（要求听说写高级能力，能听懂美国不同地区的口音）沟通能力强。
B、明白产品售后从问题-责任-解决的准则是什么。
C、能独立与客户（包括美国不同地区的口音的客户）沟通、协调、解决问题的能力强。
D、懂ebay, Amazon运作规则, 能独立与ebay, Amazon沟通者优先。
