工作內容:
* 處理及準備汽車,房屋,旅遊保險報價及保單文件
* 負責資料輸入,確保資料準確
* 與保險公司聯絡,跟進核保及保單相關事宜
* 處理客戶來電及電郵查詢,提供基本保險資訊
職位要求:
* 持有大學學位
* 細心、有責任感,具良好組織能力
* 良好溝通技巧(懂英語+普通話)
* 熟悉基本電腦操作(Excel、Outlook)
* 能同時處理多項工作及適應快節奏工作環境
* 2年以上行政或客戶服務經驗者優先

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Insurance Broker Assistant to support daily operations and customer service. The role involves handling auto, home, and travel insurance quotes, as well as ensuring smooth processing of related documentation.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare and process auto, home, and travel insurance quotes and policy documents
* Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of client information
* Liaise with insurance companies regarding underwriting and policy-related matters
* Handle client inquiries via phone and email, and provide basic insurance information
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree required
* Detail-oriented, responsible, and well-organized
* Good communication skills (proficient in English and Mandarin)
* Proficient in basic computer applications (Excel, Outlook)
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
* Minimum 2 years of administrative or customer service experience preferred
