Open Position: Office Coordinator/Bookkeeper
Envisidoor Inc is a boutique construction materials company in North American building industry Currently we are hiring a passionate and self-driven individual to join our team as an Office Manager/Bookkeeper.

As the Office manager, you play a vital role in managing office administration tasks, book keeping, day-to-day global supply chain inventories to ensure good customer services and cost efficiency. You will shine if you are detail oriented and have outstanding communication skills. You need communicate effectively with customers, vendors, service providers and work closely with company executives and sales team. Having a flexible and adaptable work schedule is highly desirable for this role.
This opportunity is available as a full-time permanent position. We provide competitive salary and bonus compensations depend on your work experience and annual performance. We also provides health benefits from Manulife.

Main Responsibilities:
Office Administration/Customer Services:
• Oversee daily operations and administrative tasks.
• Receive and record customer orders; Process sales orders and invoices
• Arrange customer order deliveries with trucking service forwarders
• Update inventory and Keep company inventory database updated daily. Confirm warehouses' inventory data monthly.
• Handle discrepancies of orders and operational issues.
• Negotiate price with forwarders to ensure cost effectiveness
• Update sales forecast on monthly base and plan/arrange orders from factories in China
Accounting / Book-keeping:
• Manage company bank accounts and books.
• Perform AP, AR, payroll and other finance/accounting-related tasks
• Able to learn to file sales tax for each state (US) and HST(Canada) on monthly or quarterly base.
• Reconcile all expenses and bank statement on monthly base.
• Work closely with accountant to prepare monthly or quarterly.
Marketing Assistance:
• Assist the sales team in marketing efforts, including increasing general online and social media presence to drive sales
• Prepare and deliver samples and literature upon requests.
• Research construction project data base to identify new contacts of potential customers.

Basic Qualifications:
• 3 years of experience as an office coordinator
• 2 years of experience in full cycle bookkeeping with some experience in logistics management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks (must)
• Proficiency in office software Microsoft Office Suite. ( must)
• Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in a fast-paced work environment.

Additional Qualifications – Nice to have
Experience in business financing, transition and acquisition
General knowledge of building science and technology
General knowledge of building materials
Able to perform general project estimation
The ability to read blueprints

Salary: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
