We are a mortgage / finance company providing professional services located in North York, Ontario. Currently hiring a Mortgage Officer (Entry Level), a full-time position, with paid vacation days and group medical/dental insurance benefits.

Job responsibility:
o Assist on mortgage underwriting and fulfil the documentation requirements
o Identify clients' financial goals and objectives, analyze clients' financial situations, develop the best suitable plans for clients, enter & submit mortgage application, and negotiate mortgage applications with banks and lending institutions

Job requirements:
o Financial background and bachelor’s degree
o Good work ethic, and attention to detail
o Fluent Mandarin and English
o Effective interpersonal skills, and strong oral and written communication skills
o In-office position; 9am-5pm, Mon - Fri
