Prepare and distribute weekly production schedules to all shifts every Thursday;
Monitor the APS(Advanced Planning & Scheduling);
Maintain and update the Production Tracking Promised Day spreadsheet to reflect real - time job progress and commitments;
Monitor all open jobs and verify material availability to prevent delays in production;
Perform job receipts in Syspro as needed to maintain proper inventory and production records;
Prepare and send lists of jobs ready to be closed to the appropriate personnel for timely manner;
Minimum 2 years of experience in production scheduling
