- -Handle all reception activities, including but not limited to:
- -Greet and provide supportive and friendly assistance to customers.
- -Answer and direct all incoming calls professionally and efficiently during business hours: 9:30am to 5:30pm
- -Assist with data entry, inputting packing slips into our software system
- -Handle general office and administrative support, including but not limited to:
- -Maintain office; keeping areas tidy and organized
- -Other duties as required
- -Minimum one year administration, business or related experience
- -Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- -Proven organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- -Proven multi-tasking capabilities with a high level of accuracy and thoroughness
- -Excellent oral communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- -Strong work ethic, highly attentive and punctual
