Toytexx Inc. is looking for a dedicated and hardworking Digital Commerce Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating product listings, managing multiple online platforms, handling customer service, and ensuring smooth order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create product listings.
• Manage multiple online platforms to boost sales.
• Ship out online orders promptly and accurately.
• Provide exceptional customer service via email and telephone.
• Prepare pallets and lift boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Maintain and fill out Excel files accurately.
• Be responsible, detail-oriented, hardworking, and dedicated.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in e-commerce and online sales platforms.
• Proficiency in professional image editing software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs.
• Proficiency in Excel and other office software.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
