We are looking for motivated professionals to join our team as Financial Advisors. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about helping clients plan their financial future and seeking long-term growth in the insurance and financial services industry.

职位职责 | Responsibilities
✅ 提供专业的保险及财务规划咨询,帮助客户制定合适的保险及投资方案
✅ 分析客户的财务状况和需求,推荐适合的保险产品(如人寿保险、健康保险等)
✅ 维护并拓展客户关系,定期跟进客户需求
✅ 参与公司培训,提高专业知识和销售技巧
✅ 遵守行业法规和公司政策,确保客户的合法权益
✅ 与团队协作,推动业务发展
✅ Provide professional insurance and financial planning consultation to help clients design suitable insurance and investment solutions
✅ Analyze clients' financial situations and needs, recommending appropriate insurance products (e.g., life insurance, health insurance)
✅ Maintain and expand client relationships, conducting regular follow-ups
✅ Participate in company training to enhance professional knowledge and sales skills
✅ Comply with industry regulations and company policies to ensure client rights are protected
✅ Collaborate with the team to drive business growth

职位要求 | Requirements
🔹 大专及以上学历,金融、保险、市场营销等相关专业优先
🔹 具有良好的沟通能力和销售技巧,能够与客户建立长期信任关系
🔹 有保险行业经验或销售经验者优先考虑(无经验者公司可提供培训)
🔹 持有或愿意考取保险从业资格证书(如LLQP)
🔹 具有较强的自我驱动力和目标导向,能够独立拓展业务
🔹 在加拿大合法工作(适用于加拿大公民、永久居民或持有合法工作许可者)
🔹 College diploma or above, preferably in finance, insurance, marketing, or related fields
🔹 Strong communication and sales skills, capable of building long-term client relationships
🔹 Prior experience in the insurance industry or sales is a plus (training provided for those without experience)
🔹 Holds or is willing to obtain an insurance license (such as LLQP)
🔹 Self-motivated and goal-oriented, capable of independently developing business opportunities
🔹 Legally authorized to work in Canada (applicable to Canadian citizens, permanent residents, or valid work permit holders)
