About Goodland Equity Partners
Goodland Equity Partners is a Toronto-based private equity investment firm specializing in real estate development. As a growing startup, our mission is to provide exceptional real estate investment opportunities across North America that maximize returns for our investors.
Position Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic, result – oriented dealing representative to focus on sourcing and engaging new investors for our real estate development projects in order to help us achieve our goals.
In this commission-based role, you will have the freedom to shape your schedule, drive your success, and earn based on your results.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify, target, and engage prospective investors through networking, cold calling, and other outreach strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring trust and confidence in our offerings.
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team success.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and our firm's offerings.
Qualifications
Proven strong track record in sales, preferably in real estate investment, or financial services.
Self-motivated, goal-driven with a strong desire to succeed in a commission-driven environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport.
Completion of or progress toward the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or IFSE Exempt Market Proficiency Course
Proficiency with CRM tools and sales reporting is a plus.
