Jade Tours is a leading travel company providing travel services to travel agents and passengers. We are currently seeking a Full-Time Tour Consultant to join our Head Office in Richmond Hill.

Requirements:
- Proficiency in using one of the GDS systems (Galileo, Amadeus, Travelsky or smiliar)
- Excellent sales and customer service skills
- Excellent time management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously while
meeting deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
- Strong teamwork and self-motivation
- Knowledge of travel destinations and industry trends
- Understanding of travel products, services and policies
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in the travel industry is an asset
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English, Cantonese/Mandarin
- TICO Certification (preferred)
