-Preparation of Ocean Import/Export operations, Customer service, data entry and problem solving

Key Qualifications:
-At least 1 year of freight forwarding or related work experience is required

货代操作员

一、岗位职责
1. 文件处理与协调
- 负责进出口海运、空运单证的准备与处理，包括提单、清关文件等，确保合规性和准确性。
- 跟进货物运输进展，联系船公司、航空公司、清关行、卡车公司等协调运输安排。
- 处理突发事件（如延误、查验等），及时向上级汇报并解决问题。

2. 运输计划与执行
- 制定运输计划，优化货物流转效率，安排卡车送货及亚马逊仓库预约。
- 跟踪货物状态，提供实时信息给客户，并协调内部团队提前准备相关流程。

3. 客户沟通与服务
- 与客户保持日常沟通，解答疑问，处理投诉，维护客户关系。
- 与海外代理、供应商及公司内部部门（如销售、客服）协作，确保服务连贯性。

4. 数据管理与报表
- 完成日报、周报、月报等总结性报表，更新货物数据库及市场运价信息。

二、任职要求
1. 语言与沟通能力
- 中文流利（听说读写），需熟练使用英文邮件沟通。
- 具备较强的沟通协调能力及团队合作精神。

2. 经验与技能
- 优先考虑有1-2年货代操作经验者，熟悉空海运流程、eManifest系统及报关知识。
- 熟练使用Office办公软件（如Excel），部分岗位要求熟悉Cargo 3000等物流系统。
- 无经验者可接受培训，但需具备学习能力及责任心。

3. 身份与教育背景
- 需持有工签或本地居民身份，部分公司可协助办理移民。
- 大专及以上学历，物流、供应链、外贸或英语专业优先。

三、薪资与福
- 薪资范围：时薪约25-30加元（经验丰富者更高），或面议。
- 福利：部分公司提供带薪年假、节日福利及提成奖金。
- 工作时间：多为周一至周五全职，部分岗位需适应早晚班或压力环境。
