1. One year experience is an asset;
2. Mandarin Chinese is required;
3. Pro-active and problem shooting;
4. Critical thinking.
Duties:
1. Track and trace shipment, update the info to releated parties;
2. Deal with the import/export document and transportation document;
3. Assign trucker and warehouse to complete the jobs;
4. Contact with the consignee to help to solve issue.
