Job Description:
Managing email marketing campaigns (creating/writing content, ensuring emails are going out in a timely manner)
Planning, implementing, overseeing and monitoring the success of multiple ongoing marketing campaigns, creating status reports and regularly checking in with the Director of Sales to provide campaign updates
Managing all social media channels (Instagram, Redbook, and others), interacting with followers and regularly creating and posting content
Engaging in promotional marketing, including holiday marketing, event marketing and special sale marketing, attending events & promoting the company
Liaising with advertising companies to jointly work on campaigns when required
Work with the e-commerce and UX teams to improve website functions and promote campaigns as required
Following up on customer service inquiries from time to time and help to resolve customer issues.
Other duties as assigned.
