Thegobo.com is a leading lighting technology and service company located in Markham, currently seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for customer service and sales to make a meaningful impact within our growing company.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries and process incoming calls and orders efficiently.
Provide accurate product information, pricing quotations, and follow-up on pending quotes.
Process customer orders through our online ordering system in a timely manner.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and meet customer needs.

Skills & Qualifications

Prior experience with graphic design tools such as CorelDraw is an asset, though not required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers in both Canada and the USA.
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is a plus, but not mandatory.
