Responsibilities
· Coordinate and manage the most efficient loads to remain cost-effective as a company, combining shipments based on their routes and timeline
· Determine the best delivery methods and negotiate rates
· Facilitate the shipping of products from one destination to another
· Prepares loads for shipment
· Manages activities throughout the order fulfilment and transportation cycle to make sure established deadlines are met
· Continually reviews freight costs, transportation rates, and/or the prices of raw materials to keep costs down where possible
· Plan and track the shipment of final products according to the requirements
· Prepare accurate reports in requested system for upper management
· Data entry in company database for loads/items
· Relay information back to site supervisors if trucks are delayed or change in schedule.
· Communicate with drivers, vendors, managers, customers, and other dispatchers;
· carrying out tasks on other assigned projects as needed

Minimum Requirements:
Required experience: minimum 2-year working experience in Logistics in Canada Experience in local tracing.
Required skills: intermediate level of using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, strong verbal and written skills in English
Competitive ability: Exhibits excellent organizational skills in fast pace environment. Must have a very high level of attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to prioritize to meet deadlines

- 如果卡车延误或计划有变，向现场主管反馈信息。
- 与司机、供应商、经理、客户和其他调度员沟通；
- 根据需要执行其他指定项目的任务

最低要求：
经验要求：至少 2 年加拿大物流工作经验 有本地跟踪经验。
所需技能：中级水平的 MS Word、Excel、PowerPoint 和 Outlook 使用技能，较强的英语口头和书面技能。
竞争能力： 在快节奏的环境中表现出卓越的组织能力。必须高度关注细节和准确性。能够分清轻重缓急，在截止日期前完成工作

上班时间：周一至五 9:00-17:30
