Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Printing Press Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and experience in a warehouse environment. As a Printing Press Operator, you will be responsible for operating printing machinery, ensuring quality control, and maintaining efficient workflow throughout the production process.
Responsibilities
Operate and monitor printing machines to ensure high-quality output.
Perform routine maintenance on printing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Set up and adjust machines according to job specifications.
Conduct quality checks on printed materials to identify any defects or inconsistencies.
Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and maintain workflow efficiency.
Package finished products for shipment, ensuring proper handling and labeling.
Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards.
Assist in fabricating components as needed for various projects.
Requirements
Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills related to printing machinery.
Experience in machining or similar technical roles is preferred.
Familiarity with warehouse operations, including inventory management and logistics.
Forklift certification is a plus; ability to operate forklifts safely is essential.
Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing individual responsibilities.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and production schedules.
