We are a family-based business with over 30 years of experience in the field of therapeutic massage, Acupuncture, and Osteopathy in the GTA area. We provide professional service to over 25,000 clients from all age groups every year. We are currently looking for a skilled and **experienced** administrator/receptionist to join our team. This new team member would assist both clients and therapists, partake in cleaning/maintenance of the clinic and its equipment (along with the other team members), assist with inventory management, be responsible for customer service, and manager-assigned tasks.
**Job responsibilities include:**
- Front desk reception - greet patients and clients
- Welcome new and existing patients in a warm, friendly, and professional manner
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar
- Manage multiple practitioners’ schedules
- Operate point-of-sale transactions
- Answer inbound calls, relay messages, emails, online queries
- Operate computer to access electronic treatment records, schedules, and other basic office support software
- Educate clients on our services
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
**Qualifications required:**
- Fluent in English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Must be able to work well without constant supervision
- Strong computer proficiency and the ability to multi-task
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service or receptionist role preferred
What we offer:
Job Type: Full-time/ Part-time
Salary: $16.60-$25.00 per hour EI/CPP
